Cancellation Policy

EMIRI NYC | Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure every client receives a calm, personalized, and unhurried experience, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please carefully review our booking policies before scheduling. 50% Non-Refundable Booking Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all online appointments. This deposit secures your dedicated appointment time and will be applied toward your treatment total. All deposits are strictly non-refundable, including cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations and changes. Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or missed appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit. For appointments booked in person without a deposit, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 48 hours. Rescheduling One reschedule per booking is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your existing deposit will transfer to your new appointment date. Any additional rescheduling will require a completely new booking and a new 50% non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Late Arrivals & No-Shows A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show. Late arrivals may not be accommodated if they interfere with the next scheduled appointment or compromise the quality of your treatment. If your appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival or a no-show, your 50% deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Illness & Unexpected Circumstances For the safety of our clients and staff, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all circumstances, including illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your 50% non-refundable deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Appointment & Service Changes Appointments are reserved based on the services selected at the time of booking. Treatment timing and studio preparation are planned accordingly. Last-minute additions, removals, or substitutions are not guaranteed and are subject to the studio’s discretion and availability. If you choose not to receive part or all of your scheduled services upon arrival, the originally reserved service total will still apply. Treatment Safety & Contraindications For your safety, please notify the studio in advance of any eye or skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, medications, or other concerns that may affect your treatment. Clients are responsible for reviewing service information, following preparation instructions, and informing the studio of any relevant changes before their appointment. If a treatment cannot safely proceed due to a contraindication identified within 48 hours of the appointment or upon arrival, the applicable 50% cancellation policy may apply. Refunds & Treatment Results All completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your lash or brow results, please contact the studio within 72 hours of your appointment so we can review your concerns and assist you accordingly. Booking Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to EMIRI NYC’s Booking & Cancellation Policy.
